The personal data collected on Safyr digital media are as follows:

• Identification information: last name, first name, login, password

• Employment information: company, organizational entity, function

• Contact details: postal address, email, professional telephone number

• Information related to digital activity: IP address, geolocation

This data is collected when the user performs one of the following operations:

• Request for quote or information

• Creation of an account in the customer area

• Support request

• Response to a satisfaction survey


The data controller stores in its computer systems, and under reasonable security conditions, the personal data relating to its customers for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for 5 (five) years after the end of the contractual relationship. Beyond that, the data is archived for the period when the responsibility of Safyr SRL may be called into question.


Regarding prospects, the data is kept for 1 (one) year.

The collection and processing of data serves the following purposes:

• Safyr customer management, including potential customers;

• Communication about Safyr services, offers, news;

• Commercial prospecting or direct marketing relating to Safyr's activities;

• Management of quotes, orders, deliveries and returns for goods purchased or rented on;

The metrology data collected and processed by the application are exclusively hosted and processed in the European Union.

The data controller is responsible for determining the purposes and means used to process personal data.



The data controller undertakes to protect the personal data collected, not to transmit them to third parties, including outside the European Union, without the user having been informed and to respect the purposes for which this data was collected.
